Mall Road, Shimla
Mall Road is the chief street in Shimla, the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, India. Built during British colonial rule, the Mall road has situated a level underneath the ridge. The workplaces of Municipal Corporation, fire service, and police headquarters are situated here. Automobiles, with the exception of emergency vehicles, are not permitted on this road.

Scandal point
Scandal Point is the place where the Mall road joins Ridge road on the west side. The name emerged from the disturbance brought about by the alleged elopement of a British woman with an Indian Maharaja. The story goes that the Maharaja of Patiala had absconded with the daughter of the British Viceroy. This had led to the Maharaja being ousted from entering Shimla by the British people. He countered the move by setting himself a new summer capital – presently acclaimed hill resort of Chail, 45 km from Shimla. The most conspicuous element of the point today is a statue of the Indian freedom fighter Lala Lajpat Rai (no connection to the scandal). Beside Scandal Point is the General Post Office, Shimla.
Gaiety Theater
Gaiety Theater, situated on the Mall, was opened on 30 May 1887. Numerous well-known film characters have performed on its stage.
Today, the Gaiety is essentially known for its social club. Schools in Shimla utilize this auditorium for performing arts. The theatre has been remodeled with the genuine structure immaculate to keep its legacy saved while making it more amazing.
Kali Bari Temple
The temple was constructed in 1845. It is devoted to the goddess Kali. It is accepted that in an old temple of Shimla, the goddess Kali existed, close Jakhoo. In the temple, a wooden picture is loved locally.
Town Hall
