Haryana means ‘the adobe of God‘ and it was the epicenter of Hindu epic of Mahabharata. Both Indraprastha and Kurukshetra are located here. This place is popular for its agriculture and dairy production. The capital of this state is Chandigarh. There are several automobile factories and refineries as well.

This land of God is a vibrant state with a diverse landscape. This place celebrates culture and tradition. This place has witnessed several ancient battles and it adds to its historical importance. Some of the major cities of Haryana are Gurugram, Hisar, Sonepat, Panchkula, etc. There are several major industries here like auto, agriculture, electronics and Information Technology. 

This place contributes to the national food grain pool of wheat, rice, pulses, etc. The state is dominated by Jats and they claim to be from Rajput’ origin. This land has a history which dates back to 4,500 years ago. People of Haryana follow age old customs and traditions. They are preserving the old religious and social traditions. Some of the languages spoken here are Haryanvi, jatu, Hindi, English, Punjabi, etc. The elders are given immense respect in this region and all the traditions are carried from one generation to another.

You can visit Kingdom of dreams which is located in Gurugram which offers advanced theatrics inspired by Bollywood. Some other places to visit in Haryana are Morni hills, Raja Nahar Singh Palace, a Vintage camera museum, Pinjore garden, Seetla Mata Mandir, etc. There are several temples and pilgrims in the state too. You will find vast fields and farms in this state.
